Return / Refund Policy
At Femni, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why you’re protected by our Tan Money-Back Guarantee! If you’re not completely satisfied with your tan, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to refund the full cost of the product, minus shipping fees.
How It Works:
- Reach out to us at hello@femni.com.au within 14 days of receiving your tan product.
- We’ll respond within 24 hours to guide you through the process.
- A $10 return shipping fee will apply, which we’ll facilitate for you by providing a prepaid shipping label. Simply visit your local post office they will print the label and send it back to us (Australia only - for international order please see below).
- Once we receive the product back (please allow up to 3 business days on marked delivered), we’ll issue your refund via the original payment method.
Please Note: Refunds are only available for tan bottles. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to refund mitt purchases unless the mitt is deemed faulty.

Please contact hello@femni.com.au regarding faulty items. In order for us to process your claim, you must provide images of the fault and a description identifying the issue.
Our customer care team process your claim within 2 business days. Please note you will only be refunded for the product price and not any shipping costs.

Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders, but we're all human and mistakes can happen.
If you receive an item that is different to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team hello@femni.com.au with your order number and the images of the item you did receive.
Once we have idea of the situation, we will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to clear back into the original payment method used to place the order. Please note you will only be refunded for the product price and not any shipping costs.

Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 3 years from date of issue. Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Please note that a store credit does not include any previous shipping charges.

When using Afterpay/Zip or another BNPL service, you have the option to return one or all of your items for a refund.
If you return your items before the first Afterpay/Zip payment is due, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay/Zip plan and you will not have to pay for them.
If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay/Zip payment plan and/or the initial payment refunded. It's important to monitor your payment schedule while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay/Zip charge additional fees for any overdue payments.
If you do not wish to return your full order, we are able to remove the returned items from your Afterpay/Zip payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled, depending on the return amount.
To view your updated payment schedule, simply log in to your Afterpay/Zip account.
For any issues associated with your BNPL account or additional fees, please contact the service of your choosing.

To return an order purchased outside of Australia, please contact hello@femni.com.au to process a return.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
Once we have viewed and approved your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
It’s important that you ensure your return label is clearly attached before sending the order back to us. Please also remember to include your sender information (Full Name, Order Number and Email Address) so we know who you are.

Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Our subscription ensures your tan is always stocked! Products are automatically delivered based on your chosen schedule, so you never run out. A minimum of two subscription orders must be completed before cancellation is allowed. After your second order, you can modify or cancel your subscription anytime.
