All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We offer both domestic and international shipping as per the cost and time estimates below.

Orders will be shipped the same day if we receive them by 3pm, Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight saving). Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. This means orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning (unless a public holiday falls on a Monday).

Femni ships to almost any address worldwide, and we offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80 AUD.

Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to register in the carrier's system.

During sale periods, peak season and/or within a few days of a collection release, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside of Australia.

FREE Standard Shipping is offered for all orders over $80 AUD. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. Orders under the value of $80 will be charged standard shipping fees.

We ship our products worldwide via Australia Post.

International orders may also incur additional costs including import duties and taxes. Customs and import charges are to be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of femni.
